Ben is a science writer and speaker specializing in nutrition and functional medicine. He’s an author and contributes regularly to industry magazines and scientific journals. Ben is Contributing Editor of Integrative Healthcare and Applied Nutrition, Director of Clinical Education for Pure Encapsulations UK, author of The Digestive Health Solution 2nd Ed, and on the Advisory Board and Guest Lecturer at BCNH College of Nutrition and Health. Jamie Christie

Jamie Christie is a nutritional biochemist with over 20 years’ experience of running a major UK supplement brand and pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, making food supplements for many of the UK leading brands and retailers. He is the founder of Nutrasolve, UK.

Jamie loves all aspects of nutrition, favouring the holistic approach of all-round good health. He is particularly interested in the development of probiotics and nutrition for sporting performance.

He is a nutritionist with the British Nutrition Foundation.

Angela Dowden

Angela Dowden is an award-winning freelance health writer and registered nutritionist.

Jayney Goddard

Jayney Goddard is one of the world’s leading experts in natural youth and anti-ageing, highly respected President of the Complementary Medical Association and Founder and Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health.  Jayney is a pioneer of complementary therapies and is a global authority in this area, bringing her extensive understanding of scientific research to both professional arenas and the public. Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD

Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD is the UK’s leading nutritionist specialising in women’s health. Rob Hobson

Rob Hobson is a registered nutritionist whose work spans across public health, the NHS, alongside charity organisations and with many of the UK’s leading health and wellness brands.  Rob is regularly featured in the UK health media, having written hundreds of articles for publications including the Daily Mail, Daily Express and Women’s Health, as well as being a regular voice on both radio and TV.  Rob’s simple, realistic approach to living well is infectious and the result of both expert knowledge and personal experience.  He is co-author of The Detox Kitchen Bible.

Patrick Holford

Patrick Holford is a leading spokesperson on nutrition and founder of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. He is the author of 44 books, translated into over 30 languages. Patrick was involved in ground-breaking research showing that multivitamins can increase children’s IQ scores and was one of the first promoters of the importance of zinc, essential fats, low-GL diets and homocysteine-lowering B vitamins and their importance in mental health. He founded the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London and the charitable Food for the Brain Foundation.

Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas

Dr Miguel is a clinical neuroscientist and applied microbiologist with a longstanding background in human nutrition, whose experience spans over two decades of work in both clinical and non-clinical roles in healthcare, science, and technology.

His work as an Honorary Research Fellow at Cardiff University’s School of Psychology focuses on approaching the connection between the human gut microbiome and brain/mental health from a transdisciplinary perspective. 

Suzie Sawyer

Suzie Sawyer is a clinical nutritionist, well known for her passion for nutritional science. Able to communicate effectively on many levels, and to different audiences, Suzie brings the wonders of healthy eating and supplementation to life. As a consultant, she works with many companies bringing product concepts to market and advises on regulatory considerations. Yvonne Bishop-Weston

Clinical Nutritional Therapist, Yvonne Bishop-Weston has held a variety of key roles in the health industry and profession. Having started with a degree in psychology, she has held management roles in health food retail, Cranks vegetarian restaurants, and at The Food Doctor. Yvonne since qualified as a Clinical Nutritional therapist and has run her own health consultancy, Foods for Life, for the last 15 years.
