The media frequently demand increased regulations for the supplement industry, we believe that it is not a case of further regulations for companies already following the rules, what is needed is better guidance and a stricter stance by the regulators on the rogue traders not following the regulatory pathway. We need a level playing field. The HFMA Rogue Trade Series will present a number of webinars educating companies on how to follow the rules, spotting the ones that aren’t and what to do about it.
This series is open to all.
What will be covered: Topics will include how to spot a rogue trader, regulatory guidelines overview for legal labels, what to do with illegal or ‘rogue’ products, the role and benefits of a trade association, and more.
Who should attend: Regulatory teams, marketing teams, start up businesses, R&D teams, senior staff looking for an overview of industry requirements. Please feel free to share the invites with your colleagues.
