Job description

The Growth Marketing Manager at DR.VEGAN® will play a pivotal role in scaling our customer acquisition. This role is perfect for someone with a data-driven mindset who thrives on experimentation, rapid testing, and optimising marketing efforts for maximum impact. You will take ownership of our growth marketing strategy, leveraging paid marketing channels to accelerate brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquisition & Performance Marketing:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates, and emerging platforms).
  • Implement A/B testing to improve ad performance, landing pages, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximise CPA efficiency, whilst monitoring CLTV.
  • Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities to scale brand reach.
  • Support and grow marketplace channels like Amazon FBA – experience not necessary as we can train you!

Creative Strategy:

  • Develop compelling creative assets that drive engagement and conversion across paid channels.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative elements, including copy, visuals, and formats, to maximise performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences to inform creative direction.

Analytics & Data-Driven Growth:

  • Utilise data analytics tools like Polar Analytics to track KPIs, measure performance, and drive insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build dashboards and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct customer segmentation and cohort analysis to refine targeting strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, ideally within eCommerce, DTC, or wellness industries.
  • Strong expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Polar or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for health and wellness, with an interest in plant-based nutrition a plus.

As Head of Science & Innovation you will bring senior leadership to several important areas of the business. You will develop our technical & regulatory function, shape our well-established scientific training & education efforts, and take our work with healthcare professionals to the next level. In terms of looking ahead, you will also lead on innovation; develop the existing range, understand the direction of the wider category, and ensure that Optibac remains as relevant and important a brand as ever. This leadership position requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with commercial acumen.


Reporting to the Managing Director and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Science & Innovation will play a key role in commercial decision making and strategy formulation.
Flexibility is essential at Wren Laboratories, with all teams working closely together to support and develop the Optibac brand, so occasional additional support duties may be required in other areas of the business.

  • Maintaining and updating product technical files.
  • Maintain strong awareness/knowledge of current Regulatory legislation.
  • Ensures Regulatory best practice at all times and promote a constant monitoring program.
  • Assist in supporting with other product categories as required by business need (For example e.g. Cosmetics, Medical Devices, animal nutrition).
  • Provide copy and legal information for labels, websites and other platforms as required.
  • Submission of Trademarking applications and responsibility for the company’s intellectual property.
