HFMA Code of Advertising Practice

  • The HFMA Code of Advertising Practice was established as a focus for industry self-regulation in terms of product advertising and promotional standards. It sets out the regulatory framework for specialist health products.
  • The Code is administered by the COPY • LABELLING • EDUCATION • ADVERTISING • REGULATION (CLEAR CHECK™) of the HFMA.
  • Compliance with this Code of Advertising Practice in spirit, as well as in principle, is a condition of HFMA Membership.
